Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated an Assist Centre Manager to lead daily operations at our tuition centre at Upper Serangoon View, driving enrolments, managing staff coordination, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily centre operations to ensure smooth and efficient class delivery
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and build strong relationships with parents and students to enhance satisfaction
- Drive student enrolments by implementing effective outreach and engagement strategies to meet centre targets
- Schedule classes and coordinate with teachers to optimize resource allocation and class effectiveness
- Oversee administrative tasks including attendance tracking, payment processing, and record maintenance to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment that supports student engagement and success
- Work independently and take initiative to resolve operational challenges and improve centre performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in education or customer service to support effective centre management
- Ability to work on weekends to meet operational needs and support centre activities
Other Information
Working Hours:
- 5-day work week including weekends
- Weekdays: 1.00pm to 9.30pm
- Weekends: 9.00am to 7.30pm
