Retail Operations Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Retail Operations Executive to bridge the gap between our e-commerce platform and physical retail stores. You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, inventory accuracy across all channels, and exceptional customer experiences. A strong, hands-on understanding of the Shopify ecosystem is essential to this.

Key Responsibilities

1. Shopify & eCommerce Management

• Working closely with eCommerce team, maintain and update the Shopify backend, including adding new product listings, descriptions, variants, and collections.
• Manage multi-channel inventory, ensuring stock quantities align perfectly between physical stores and the Shopify e-commerce site.

2. Retail & In-Store Operations

• Oversee store operations such as opening/closing procedures, cash-drawer reconciliation, and shift scheduling.
• Train retail associates on using Shopify POS for customer checkouts, returns, and inventory tracking.
• Monitor visual merchandising standards and store compliance with company SOPs. [1, 2, 3, 4]

3. Order Fulfillment & Logistics

• Process online customer orders and coordinate with warehouse or 3PL logistics providers for timely picking, packing, and dispatching.
• Troubleshoot delivery delays, missing items, and customer returns or exchanges, ensuring smooth resolution.

4. Data Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, conversion rates, and average order value.
• Utilize Shopify analytics to generate business performance reports and offer actionable insights for product mix and inventory planning
