SALES MANAGER

  • Corporate & Event Sales: Generate new business leads by proactively reaching out to corporate clients, event planners, and social organizers.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain an active database of clients to secure repeat business, large group bookings, and private dining.
  • Revenue Strategy: Develop sales plans to meet revenue and occupancy targets, and create special promotions to boost slow periods.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate directly with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless execution of booked events.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Analyze sales performance, track conversion rates, and forecast future revenue to help maximize the restaurant's profitability.

Core Requirements

  • Experience: 3–7 years of proven track record in F&B sales, hospitality management, or MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales.
  • Network: An existing, active network of corporate clients and event organizers is highly prioritized in this role.
  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication abilities with a performance-driven mindset.
