We are currently looking for a motivated Production Engineer to coordinate our manufacturing activities. If you have a background in production operations and want to work closely with our NPI engineers and external partners to bring industrial goods to life, we want you on our team!

The Role
As our Production Engineer, you will play a key coordination role. Your core mission is to plan production schedules, coordinate with our Contract Manufacturers (CMs), and support quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning: Supervise and plan daily production schedules strictly according to incoming Sales Orders to ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Contract Manufacturer (CM) Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with our Contract Manufacturers, managing schedules and ensuring our production requirements are met.

  • NPI Collaboration: Work closely alongside NPI engineers to ensure quality production output and smooth manufacturing transitions from design to the factory floor.

  • Quality & Inventory Support: Assist in maintaining QA/QC standards for finished goods and support ERP/MRP inventory tracking to ensure optimum stock levels.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in a production operations background.

  • Education: Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. (A background in Electronics Engineering is highly advantageous).

  • Core Skills: Familiarity with production planning, coordinating with external vendors/CMs, and basic ERP/MRP systems.

  • Mindset: A detail-oriented team player with a passion for ensuring quality and smooth operations.
