SYSTEM ENGINEER (PRESALES)

We are currently assisting our client, a well-established IT solutions provider, in recruiting a System Engineer (Presales) to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support and consultancy
• Work closely with the sales team to provide technical solutions
• To be involved in tender proposals and clarification
• Perform product BOM (Bill of Materials) configurations
• Perform technical presentations on products and solutions
• Able to perform POCs (Proof of Concepts) and demos to customers
• Required to take vendors' certifications

Requirements

• Experience in Servers and Storage products
• Strong knowledge in technology like HCI, Virtualisation, and Storage
• Required to obtain related certifications
• Diploma or University degree in the field of IT
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Good written and oral communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal skills & team player
