Business Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth execution of internal processes and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal stakeholders to support onboarding, commercial discussions, and ongoing operational activities.
• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, including sales performance, product performance, activation rates, customer feedback, and operational KPIs.
• Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support decision-making.
• Support pricing management, product catalogue maintenance, and supplier performance monitoring.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities to support strategic planning.
• Coordinate and track business projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment across departments.
• Assist management in evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and internal operational documentation.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, operations management, commercial operations, project coordination, supply chain operations, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing cross-functional activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in technology, telecommunications, travel, e-commerce, logistics, or related industries.
• Experience in supplier management, business process improvement, or operational planning.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting, business analytics, and operational performance management.
