1. Job descriptions:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nail salon to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.

• Maintain high standards of manicure and pedicure services across all service teams.

• Monitor service quality, hygiene practices, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage salon schedules, staffing requirements, and operational workflows.

• Ensure salon facilities, equipment, and tools are properly maintained and sanitized.

• Lead, supervise, and mentor nail technicians and customer service personnel.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve service quality and productivity.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of salon employees.

• Foster a positive, professional, and customer-focused work culture.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.

• Develop strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.

• Build strong relationships with VIP and returning clients.

• Monitor salon revenue, profitability, and operational expenses.

• Achieve sales and business performance targets established by management.

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through service enhancements and customer engagement initiatives.

• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for business improvement.

• Ensure consistent implementation of salon service standards and procedures.

• Stay informed of industry developments, trends, and innovations in nail care services.

• Continuously improve service offerings and customer experience initiatives

2. Job requirements:

• Minimum Associate Degree (Diploma) in any field.

• Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience in manicure and pedicure services, with proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

• Demonstrated expertise in professional nail care services, including advanced manicure and pedicure techniques.

• Strong track record of delivering outstanding customer service and managing client relationships.

• Experience leading and developing salon or beauty service teams.

• Proven ability to manage salon operations, staff performance, and business objectives.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong understanding of hygiene, sanitation, and service quality standards within the beauty industry.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
