Customer Service Officer

• Attend to walk-in, phone in customers enquires and to promote products and sales. (There will be incentives and Sales commission on top of basic salary)

• Attend to Walk-in, Call-in customers and to book-in their faulty device or process collection via CRM system.

• Ensure all forms or fields are duly filled and signed by customers before booking in device for repair or upon collection

• Provide QC check (using system) to ensure repaired device is in working condition before returning to customer.

• Provide product support to customer eg. guide customers on data transfer from their old to new device..etcs

• To be attentive, patience and able to communicate with customer, and addressing the complaint and providing solutions according to the company's guidelines.

• To work towards achieving Excellent customer's service experience

• Ensure service counter & reception area are neat and tidy daily at all time
