Student Management Officer | Choa Chu Kang

Responsibilities:

• Support student management and discipline duringschool hours.
• Monitor and manage student attendance, includinglate-coming cases.
• Supervise in-house suspension, detention, andstudent intervention programmes.
• Assist with pull-out programmes and initiatives forat-risk students.
• Conduct patrols during recess, lunch, andco-curricular activity (CCA) periods to ensure student safety and appropriatebehaviour.
• Manage student conduct in common areas, classrooms,and school facilities.
• Conduct preliminary investigations into studentincidents and behavioural concerns.
• Apply restorative practices to support positivestudent behaviour and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with school staff to implement studentsupport and development programmes.
• Provide operational support for student welfare,engagement, and discipline-related activities.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in enforcement, security, studentmanagement, youth work, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in case management, student discipline,and behavioural support using restorative practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills witha service-oriented mindset.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to manage tasksefficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive situationsprofessionally and exercise sound judgment.
• Candidates with experience in enforcement agencieswill have an added advantage.
