Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Account / Senior Account Manager with a digital and technology consultancy background to join our growing commercial team. This is a rare opportunity to manage a genuinely mixed portfolio; spanning government agencies and commercial enterprises.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse set of clients, building lasting relationships while identifying opportunities to deliver greater value through Ufinity's suite of solutions. This role sits at the intersection of client success, business development, and strategic partnership, requiring both the commercial instincts to grow accounts and the operational fluency to navigate complex public sector and enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a mixed portfolio of public sector and commercial accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across both segments.

  • Serve as the trusted liaison between clients and internal technical and leadership teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions.

  • Manage the full account lifecycle, from tender participation and contract renewal through to project delivery oversight and executive relationship management.

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders at all levels—from project and technical teams to C-suite executives—communicating Ufinity's value clearly and persuasively.

  • Lead client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and product demonstrations with confidence.

  • Navigate government procurement frameworks (including GeBIZ and related processes) and manage the nuances of public sector engagement alongside commercial deal cycles.

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure project commitments are met on time, within scope, and to client expectations.

  • Track account health, pipeline activity, and revenue targets using CRM tools, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Stay current on industry trends, government digital initiatives, and relevant technology shifts—and proactively bring relevant insights to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, client success, or B2B sales with experience within a digital and technology consultancy is strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage long-cycle, multi-stakeholder accounts involving procurement, delivery coordination, and executive relationship management.

  • Familiarity with Singapore government procurement processes, including GeBIZ and tender frameworks; prior experience engaging with statutory boards, ministries, or government-linked entities is a strong advantage.

  • Proven ability to craft and deliver polished, persuasive presentations to diverse audiences, both in-person and virtually.

  • Comfortable engaging independently with C-suite and senior agency stakeholders with minimal leadership hand-holding.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-first mindset and the resilience to manage competing priorities across a diverse account base.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical and business solutions clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Professional proficiency in a 2nd language is a plus.
