Beauty Salon Manager

About the role:

Milly’s is seeking an experienced and results-driven Beauty Manager to oversee outlet operations, lead the beauty team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry, possesses strong leadership capabilities, and is able to drive sales performance while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure operational excellence

Lead, coach, and motivate beauty consultants and therapists to achieve sales and service targets

Provide professional beauty consultations and personalised customer service

Promote and sell beauty packages, treatments, and retail products

Perform beauty services including facial treatments, hair services, and eyelash services

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and strengthen the company’s market presence

Meet with potential clients and build long-term relationships by understanding and addressing their needs

Set team objectives, train and coach beauticians, and monitor their performance to ensure high service and sales standards

Identify knowledge gaps within the team and implement training and development plans

Ensure company sales targets and quotas are achieved through regular performance reviews and daily operational check-ins

Develop strategies to drive outlet revenue and customer retention

Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing training and development

Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and service procedures

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally

Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and product control

Prepare sales reports and support management in achieving business objectives

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including sales reporting and performance analysis.

Requirements:

At least 10 years of relevant experience in the beauty, wellness, or retail industry

Prior managerial or supervisory experience preferred

Strong sales skills with experience in beauty package sales and customer consultation

Skilled in facial treatments, hair services, and eyelash services

Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese to serve English-speaking and Chinese-speaking customer.

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills & organizational skills.

Superb leadership ability.

Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude

Able to work retail hours, weekends, and public holiday.
