DevSecOps Engineer

Responsibilities
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across multiple environments, including secure air-gapped systems.
- Release & Artifact Management: Oversee version tagging, deployment approvals, and manage artifact registries for secure build distribution.
- Deployment Orchestration: Utilize orchestration tools to streamline application rollout and service delivery.
- Infrastructure Automation: Create reusable templates/blueprints for system provisioning, with version control and rollback mechanisms.
- Configuration Management: Configure and manage infrastructure components like load balancers to ensure reliable and consistent network behavior.
- Test Automation & QA: Develop and execute automated tests for software and hardware reliability, including workflow, load, and functional testing.
- Quality Improvement & Support: Collaborate with developers to enhance test coverage, troubleshoot issues, replicate defects, and recommend design improvements for better testability.
Requirements
- DevOps/DevSecOps Experience: Proven experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles, with a focus on secure or air-gapped environments.
- CI/CD Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD and YAML pipeline configuration.
- Containerization & Orchestration: Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes, with knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration and container registries like Nexus or Harbor.
- Infrastructure Automation: Skilled in automating infrastructure setup and management tasks.
- Testing & QA: Experience in both manual and automated testing for device and software validation.
- Linux Proficiency: Comfortable working in Linux-based environments for development and operations.
- Scripting Skills: Capable of writing Bash scripts to support automation and system tasks.
