Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments within the company.
- Handle approximately 50% procurement duties and 50% administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Source, compare, negotiate, and purchase office supplies, marketing materials, corporate gifts, and other company requirements.
- Manage procurement activities through local suppliers, vendors, and online platforms such as Taobao and other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Coordinate with suppliers on quotations, orders, deliveries, and payment arrangements to ensure timely procurement.
- Maintain procurement records, purchase documentation, and supplier databases.
- Assist in basic bookkeeping and maintain records of the company's financial transactions and internal documents.
- Support office facility management, including maintenance of office equipment, management of company assets, and replenishment of pantry supplies.
- Support marketing campaigns and events by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and arranging purchases for promotional items, giveaways, and corporate gifts.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure operational and procurement requirements are met efficiently.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience preferred; candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Meticulous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently with a positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and initiative.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
