Key Responsibilities
As a Cook, you will:
· Assist in receiving and storing raw food materials.
· Prepare, cook, and present food items in accordance with established recipes, quality standards, and food presentation guidelines.
· Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Practice proper food handling and storage procedures.
· Independently perform opening and closing duties for kitchen workstations.
· Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of kitchen equipment.
· Follow instructions and support operations as directed by the Head Chef and F&B Management team.
· Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements
· Minimum 1year of relevant experience in Japanese cuisine.
· Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
· Scheduled2 off days per week as assigned by Management.
· Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and proper food handling practices.
· Team player with the ability to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
· Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
