Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and other project documents
Manage tendering process and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
Track project costs and monitor variations, ensuring financial control throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare interim valuations and final accounts
Liaise with project managers, site teams, and procurement to track progress and costs
Ensure compliance with relevant building and safety regulations
What We're Looking For
Some industry experience is ideal
Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
Willingness to learn and grow within a team environment
Good communication and organization skills
