What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Customer Management
Respond promptly to customer enquiries and prepare quotations, reminders, and sales orders
Conduct follow-ups, cold calls, and customer retention activities
Visit customer sites (Sales Executives) to assess equipment and support calibration enquiries
Gather and report customer feedback on pricing, turnaround time, and service quality
Order Processing & Job Coordination
Issue work orders for in-house and on-site calibration jobs
Schedule site jobs and coordinate timely execution
Arrange collection and return of customers’ instruments, including liaising with third-party logistics providers
Administrative & Support Functions
Support finance team in following up on outstanding invoices and aging debts
Manage customer surveys and handle compliments, complaints, and feedback professionally
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or relevant qualification in Business, Engineering, or related field
Sales or customer service experience, or experience in measuring instruments or calibration is a plus — but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong willingness to learn and continuously upgrade skills
Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
