Roles &Responsibilities

· Report to Project Manager, key responsibility to develop, update, prepare 3D model and shop drawings for submission to the clients using BIM software.

· Maintain precise and accurate BIM models from inception to project completion, including preparation for As-built Drawings.

· Preparation of 2D shop drawings for necessary submissions.

· Work with all stakeholders, including Consultants and Subcontractors, to resolve all technical issues.

· Ensure proper transmission of data to all parties involved.

· Production of detailed plans, elevations and section drawings from BIM model

· Ensure timely delivery of drawings production for site progress are met

· Ensure BIM standards and Level of Development are implemented and adhered to

· Ad-hoc matters as assigned by the PM which is deemed necessary for project progression.

Requirements& Experience

· Possess a Diploma/Degree in Architecture,Construction, BIM-related or an equivalent qualification.

· Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a BIM role with Main-Contractor.

· Proficient with Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure),Navisworks, Clash detection.

· Detail oriented and able to work independently.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Familiar with local construction regulations isa plus.

· 6-day work week, station on-site.

· Remuneration package shall commensurate with qualification and experience.
