Job Scope (Key Responsibilities)
- Manage and support member referral and reward programmes, including fulfilment coordination
- Oversee seasonal gifting campaigns (e.g. festive gifts, client appreciation programmes)
- Coordinate design, production, and distribution of client premium items (e.g. red packets and marketing materials)
- Support digital and user experience enhancements for client booking and engagement platforms
- Assist in client communications and marketing campaign execution
- Manage sourcing and handling of corporate premiums and promotional items
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, client servicing, or campaign management
- Experience in banking or wealth management industry is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Independent, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
