Front of House (Central) #EC

Working Hours: 11.30am - 2.30pm, 5pm - 11pm. (6-day work week)
Working Location: Central
Benefits: Travel Allowance + Medical
Gross Salary: Up to $2900 (Basic up to $2500)

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage crowd flow and seating arrangements
• Handle reservations and customer bookings professionally
• Assist guests with menu recommendations and order taking
• Process bill payments and operate POS systems
• Provide excellent customer service and support daily operations
• Assist with ad hoc duties when required

Requirements

• Well-groomed with strong communication skills
• 1–2 years of experience in F&B or restaurant settings preferred
• Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Familiar with service recovery and handling customer feedback
