Operation Manager
PREMIUM CATERING PRIVATE LTD.
- Oversee end-to-end central kitchen operations (food production, packing, dispatch)
- Ensure production schedules, deadlines, timely packing and dispatch of orders
- Monitor daily output, productivity, and efficiency
- Supervise chefs, kitchen assistants, and production staff
- Plan manpower allocation and shift scheduling
- Train staff on SOPs, hygiene standards, safety procedures
- Maintain proper records (temperature logs, cleaning schedules, inventory) , Analyze operational data and prepare reports
- Coordinate with delivery team for route planning and scheduling
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Working at Central Kitchen , Split shift
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in food production setting
