Part-time Sports Operations (FIFA World Cup) | Bedok

Contract Duration: 12 June to 20 July 2026 (approx. 14 days)

Working Arrangement:

• Night shift, e.g. 11pm to 7am, 12am to 6am – depends on the match schedule
• Each shift will generally be about 5-9 hours long, rostered
• Reporting: 1 hour before match time

Salary: $13 per hour (No transport reimbursement)

Job Scope:

• Setting up of the hall, setup projector + speakers, TV box, seats for World Cup screening
• Simple housekeeping: to make sure chairs are flushed to the side of the hall after the end of screening and rubbish are thrown out
• Admin matters: daily reporting photos and estimated number of pax
• ⁠There will be fringe activities. (To be confirmed). Ensuring fringe activities are accounted for by end of the day
• To report to duty officer/manager if there are any illegal activities (drinking, rowdy personnel)

Requirements:

• Passionate about soccer
• Comfortable working night shift (from 11pm onwards)
• Must be committed from 12 June to 20 July 2026
