As a Production Manufacturing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for extending the scope and effectiveness of site operational programs.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Support the organization in increased alignment with the GSK Quality and manufacturing system requirements for the manufacture of Pharmaceutical drugs, Over the Counter (OTC) drugs and Medical Devices.
- Training
- Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA’s)
- Root Cause Analysis
- Non-conformance Reports
- Audits
- Calibration verification
- Standard Operating Procedures
- Quality Checks
Why you?
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience in (Clinical Good Manufacturing Practices) cGMP environment
- Experience in a Compliance role
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience assessing individual and team performance.
- Auditing experience preferred.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
