Position: Senior F&B Operations Supervisor

Salary: S$3,200 – S$4,000 per month

Location: Singapore

About the Role

We are seeking a highly committed, disciplined, and resilient F&B Operations Executive to support the daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant business. This position is best suited for candidates who are comfortable working in a demanding operational environment and are prepared to take ownership of restaurant performance, manpower management, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth business continuity.

• Supervise kitchen and service teams to maintain operational standards.

• Oversee inventory control, purchasing, stock management, and supplier coordination.

• Monitor food quality, hygiene standards, and compliance with company SOPs.

• Conduct staff training, performance monitoring, and manpower scheduling.

• Resolve operational issues and customer feedback independently.

• Assist with new outlet openings, business expansion projects, and process improvements.

• Perform operational duties as required to support business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of full-time relevant experience in restaurant or F&B operations.

• Proven experience supervising kitchen and service personnel.

• Experience in inventory management, procurement, food cost control, and manpower planning.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment.

• Able to stand and move actively throughout the working day.

• Candidates with experience in Asian or Thai restaurant operations will have an advantage.

Working Conditions

• 6-day work week.

• Shift work required.

• Weekends and Public Holidays are standard working days.

• Overtime may be required during peak operational periods.

• Candidates must be prepared to work extended hours when operationally necessary.

• Certain shifts may commence early in the morning or conclude as late as 4:00 AM.

• Work schedules may vary based on business needs, festive periods, manpower shortages, special events, and outlet requirements.

• Employees may be required to support multiple outlets or operational locations when necessary.

• Annual leave requests during public holidays, festive periods, school holidays, and peak business periods may be restricted and are subject to operational requirements and management approval.

• Candidates who require regular weekends, public holidays, or festive periods off may find this role unsuitable.
