Lab Operations Executive (Sci MNC)

Salary: Up to S$4,000/month
Location: Ubi
Working Hour: Mon-Fri, office hour
Key Responsibilities
- Manage laboratory inventory and sample tracking activities
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and sample discrepancies
- Support billing, procurement, and vendor coordination
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics
- Maintain laboratory documentation and SOPs
- Support audits, investigations, and compliance activities
- Drive process improvement and digitization projects
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in a relevant discipline
- Experience in inventory, logistics, purchasing, billing, or laboratory operations preferred
- Prior experience in cGMP or ISO 17025 laboratory environment is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management
- Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently
