Oversee strategic planning, budgeting, and team supervision for logistics operations
Manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure efficient workflows
Plan and evaluate daily logistics operations, including inbound/outbound transport and fleet management
Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to reduce transportation costs
Coordinate inventory control and warehouse layout to improve stock accuracy and fulfillment efficiency
Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., OTIF) and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Drive process improvements using Lean principles and technology solutions
Act as a safety representative and support delivery operations when required
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

3–5 years of experience in logistics, wholesale distribution, retail supply chain, or warehouse management
Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS) and inventory tracking tools
Forklift license is required
Valid driver’s license is an added advantage
