Sample Operations Coordinator (Science / Lab Support) | 6-Month Contract

Join a structured laboratory operations environment supporting sample management, production coordination, and team supervision. This role offers strong exposure to both operational workflow and team leadership within a science-based setting.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to $2,400/month
• 6-month contract (convertible)
• Monday – Friday (Office hours)

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and process sample requests accurately and efficiently
• Create and manage production orders in the system
• Support and guide the SOM team (full-time compounders, contract staff, and interns) to achieve daily operational output
• Monitor and manage sample inventory, including expired stock control
• Provide coaching and mentorship to interns in production processes
• Ensure smooth workflow execution and adherence to operational standards
