Production Compounder (Fragrances & Oral Care) | Training Provided | Chemical Manufacturing

Join a leading manufacturing environment supporting the production of fragrances, cosmetic ingredients, and oral care mint products. This is a hands-on operational role with full training provided for motivated individuals.

Job Responsibilities

You will be involved in the compounding and production process of raw materials, ensuring accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Compound raw materials for fragrances, cosmetic ingredients, and oral care mint products according to work orders
• Ensure minimal wastage and accurate material usage during production
• Replenish raw materials and maintain optimal production inventory levels
• Operate automated dosing machines and electronic weighing scales safely
• Perform basic troubleshooting when required
• Operate mechanical and diaphragm pumps for material transfer into drums
• Clean and prepare drums for the packing process
• Operate electric stackers and pallet jacks (training provided) for material transport within warehouse
• Record production output, including packed drums and yield variances (gains/losses)
• Follow strict PPE requirements and comply with SOPs and work instructions at all times
