Customer Service Officer (Phone-Based) | 3-Month Contract | $2,000/month

Looking for a short-term opportunity in a structured corporate environment with full training provided? We are hiring Customer Service Officers (10 headcounts) for an upcoming service support project.

Role Overview

You will be supporting high-volume customer enquiries via phone and assisting with service request processing during a key operational period.

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service, contact centre operations, and CRM systems.

Working Arrangement

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Target Start Date: 15 June 2026
• Location: Changi area (near MRT)

Salary

• $2,000 per month

What You’ll Do

Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

Provide accurate information and assist with enquiries

Update customer interactions in CRM systems

Follow up on service requests in a timely manner

Escalate issues when necessary for resolution

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Meet service standards and daily performance expectations

Participate in training sessions and team briefings
