- Position: Showroom Manager / Customer Experience Manager
- Location: North East & North - 2 Locations
- Working Hours: 5 days work week, shift-based, 44 hours per week
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $6,800 + Variable Bonus + Transport Allowance + Mobile Allowance + Grooming Allowance + Annual Leave + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations and service standards.
- Lead and coach showroom team on personalized customer engagement and presentation.
- Ensure showroom ambience, display and brand image are well maintained.
- Handle customer enquiries, VIP clients and service recovery.
- Support campaigns, product launches, showroom events and activations.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Creative and Product teams.
- Monitor customer feedback and improve customer experience.
- Plan staff roster, manpower and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Retail Management, Marketing, Business or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, premium showroom, hospitality, airline service, customer experience or related industries.
- Prior experience leading a customer-facing team is required.
- Well-groomed, confident, professional and comfortable engaging customers.
- Candidates from luxury retail, airlines, hospitality, lifestyle brands, interior design / furniture showrooms or automotive showrooms are welcome to apply.
- Required to work both Saturdays and Sundays, with generally one Saturday and one Sunday off per month.
