Telemarketer (Contract)

Salary: $14/hr

Contract Duration: 1–2 Months (Potential for long-term engagement based on performance)

Location: Suntec City

Flexible Work Schedule

• 10–12 working days per month
• Self-arranged schedule
• 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM, or
• 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided contact list.
• Introduce company products, services, events, or promotional campaigns to potential customers.
• Build rapport with customers and communicate information in a professional and engaging manner.
• Identify customer interest and gather relevant information during calls.
• Schedule appointments, register interest, or facilitate follow-up actions where required.
• Accurately update customer records, call outcomes, and activity logs in the system.

Requirements

• Able to communicate confidently and professionally in English and Mandarin.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with business representatives.
• Prior telemarketing, customer service, sales, or administrative experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
