Job Summary

Join Absolut Properties as an Admin Assistant to support property management operations by handling communications, maintaining records, ensuring compliance, and assisting site management for smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to all incoming calls courteously and professionally to address enquiries and direct matters to the appropriate personnel
  • Handle general office correspondence including emails, letters, notices, and other communications to maintain effective information flow
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, contracts, and filing systems to support operational and regulatory compliance
  • Oversee and ensure compliance with Section 47 requirements by managing documentation, reporting, and related regulatory obligations
  • Provide administrative support to the site management team and assist with operational tasks to maintain efficient site operations
  • Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by management to support business continuity and operational needs
  • Cover site staff duties as needed to ensure uninterrupted site operations

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum O-Level qualification
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in property management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Ability to solve problems effectively to manage maintenance tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to safety and compliance
