Strategic Leadership and Revenue Growth
- Formulate and execute forward-looking revenue strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term commercial goals.
- Lead multi-segment revenue planning, integrating macroeconomic trends, market demand patterns, and distribution shifts.
- Drive total revenue optimization across rooms, F&B, events, and ancillary streams by embedding strategic forecasting and segmentation discipline.
- Guide property leadership in building competitive pricing strategies informed by predictive analytics and competitive intelligence.
- Lead development and implementation of scalable revenue management frameworks and performance scorecards.
Innovation and Value Creation
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking to unlock new revenue opportunities and drive commercial innovation.
- Serve as a strategic business ambassador, translating brand-level priorities into executable market strategies.
- Identify and assess new business models, strategic partnerships, and digital commerce opportunities that enhance profitability.
- Evaluate and pilot revenue-related technology solutions and analytics platforms that improve pricing precision and commercial agility.
Change Leadership and Transformation
- Lead change initiatives related to systems, processes, and capability building across commercial teams.
- Champion digital transformation and adoption of revenue technology tools (e.g., RMS, BI platforms, Upsell tools etc).
- Build future-ready commercial teams by developing talent, encouraging continuous learning, and promoting a growth mindset.
- Translate commercial insights into strategic recommendations through data storytelling, influencing senior stakeholders across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Hospitality, or a quantitative field.
- 5–7+ years of multi-property leadership experience in revenue or commercial strategy.
- Demonstrated success in strategic pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in revenue management systems, pricing tools, data visualization, and analytics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in dynamic environments.
