Process Engineer

Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and manufacturing processes, ensuring stable, high-yield production
- Lead process optimization and scale-up for resin systems, impregnation, drying, lamination, and curing processes
- Drive process qualification and validation for new materials, formulations, equipment, and process changes
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve yield, delamination, voids, and surface quality issues
- Establish and improve process control strategies (SPC, Cp/Cpk) for critical parameters such as resin content, gel time, flow, and curing profiles
- Analyze production data to implement continuous improvement initiatives for yield, cycle time, and throughput
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams on formulation improvements, NPI, and technology transfer
- Lead engineering and productivity improvement projects, ensuring measurable gains in efficiency and cost
- Drive initiatives to reduce scrap, improve material utilization, and enhance on-time delivery(OTD)
- Develop and maintain process documentation (SOPs, work instructions, control plans) to ensureconsistency and compliance
- Ensure adherence to EHS, quality, and industry standards, particularly in handling resins, solvents, and high-temperature processes
- Mentor junior engineers and act as process owner/SME, supporting capability development and operational excellence
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by Management from time to time
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Mechanical or related)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proven expertise in process control, yield improvement, and problem-solving methodologies (SPC, DOE, Six Sigma)
- Experience in NPI, scale-up, and cross-functional project leadership
