Sales Support Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Sales Support Executive This role plays a critical part in driving customer satisfaction, supporting business growth, and ensuring operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with Business Development to support sales initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business development team to implement new and existing sales initiatives within the region.
• Support the preparation of RFQ, and quotations in coordination with the Business Development Team.
• Proactively maintain and improve CRM data quality and integrity.
• Identify and streamline administrative processes within the Business Development organization.
• Support with Cold Call and analyse weekly/monthly sales performance data (pipeline, volumes, GP) and highlight areas requiring action.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or related industry in a Sales Support role
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Highly motivated, customer-oriented, and result-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills; proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Well-organized, structured, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); analytical skills are an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data management best practices.
• Ability to prepare accurate reports, presentations, and dashboards for management review.
