About the Role

As a Production Executive, you will play a key role in managing daily production operations, leading production teams, and ensuring targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and on time. You will work closely with multiple departments and overseas counterparts to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Lead and coordinate production supervisors, operators, and production staff to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions to improve operational efficiency.
• Optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, work instructions, and ISO 9001 quality standards.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production bottlenecks and operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless operations and on-time delivery.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, coach, and motivate production teams to achieve operational goals.
• Provide training and guidance to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
• Address performance issues and workplace challenges professionally and effectively.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Semiconductor, or Logistics industries.
• Experience supervising production teams or managing shop-floor operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Additional Information

Location: Kranji Area
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:45am – 5:30pm
Company Transport Provided from Kranji MRT (7:00am – 7:30am)
Salary: Up to $4,200 Basic + Variable Bonus
