About the Team

The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and also SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The EX team is continuously looking to build its capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy and inworking with our clients both old and new on their transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

Workstream Ownership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Employee Central workstreams (Design → Build → Test → Deploy → Hypercare).
  • Lead impact analysis, enhancements, and change governance activities.
  • Support global rollout strategies and localization requirements.

Configuration & Management

  • Independently configure and manage Corporate, Succession, and Country-Specific Data Models.
  • Oversee MDF Framework, Business Rules, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Position Management, and Time Management (including Time Tracking).
  • Guide data migration cycles, including data validation and reconciliation processes.

Technical Expertise

  • Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of the Business Rules framework.
  • Expertise in RBP design and security architecture.
  • Solid understanding of overall SuccessFactors system architecture and cross-module dependencies.
  • Good understanding of integration architecture (Integration Center, OData APIs, CPI preferred).

Reporting & Analytics

  • Design and deliver enterprise reporting solutions using Story Reports (People Analytics), Canvas (Advanced) Reports, Table Reports, and Report Center.
  • Configure cross-domain reporting solutions.
  • Define reporting security architecture aligned with RBP.
  • Troubleshoot complex reporting issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
  • At least 2 full end-to-end Employee Central implementations.
  • Strongexpertise in EC & Time Management configuration (Data Models, BusinessRules, RBP, MDF, Position Management, Time Off and Time Tracking).
  • Deep hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Reporting (Story Reports, Canvas, Ad-hoc).
  • Abilityto independently manage client workshops, solution design, and delivery.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of overall system architecture and integration landscape.
  • Excellent client handling and management.
  • Strong ability to handle AMS engagements and enhancement projects independently (including understanding of various ticketing tools (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNow etc.), understanding on tickets SLAs).
