Production Supervisor

Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Tuas
Working Time: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: SGD $4000 - $5500
Responsibilities：
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Lead and manage a team of production operators and technicians to meet production output, quality standards, productivity goals, and cost objectives.
- Monitor production lines, identify equipment constraints or bottlenecks, and implement effective corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Manufacturing practices to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and ensure smooth production integration.
- Collaborate closely with management, internal departments, and contract manufacturers on project execution, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations through effective hazard identification and risk prevention.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements：
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience preparing SOPs and production reports.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
