ERP Operation Admin
Job Description
- Support supply chain, production, and order processing teams with ERP rollout, maintenance, and enhancements.
- Collaborate with operations to define, improve processes, and integrate them into ERP with controls and tracking.
- Manage data accuracy, document control, and operational reporting across functions.
- Ensure compliance with Code of Conduct and internal policies.
- Maintain master data integrity and support system integrations.
- Assist in audits, testing, and workflow optimizations using lean methodologies. Document processes and changes for knowledge transfer
Requirements
Work experience
- >3 years of administration work experience.
- Experience of working in industry automation or similar industrial environment
- Experience in manufacturing functions and processes is a must
Expertise and methodology
- Basic understanding of ERP system; SAP exposure is a plus and general awareness of supply chain & logistics/customer service operations would be useful
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel for data analysis, Word, PowerPoint). Lean office methodology a plus
