Job Description :
- Conduct timely assessments and develop support plans aligned with professional standards.
- Interview families, provide counselling, and equip caregivers with guidance and resources.
- Organise and manage intervention services to support children’s developmental progress and family well-being.
- Recommend and implement appropriate intervention strategies for each child and family.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with external agencies for comprehensive support.
- Participate in case discussions, supervision, and ongoing training.
Job Requirement :
- Min Degree in Social Work
- Min 2 years experience working with families and children preferred
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in English or other languages
