Business Growth Executive (Workforce Solutions)
MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD
This role sits within ManpowerGroup Singapore and is responsible for acquiring new clients and building revenue pipelines for our workforce solutions through proactive outreach, prospecting, and market engagement.
This role focuses on driving business growth through new client acquisition within the Singapore market. The position centres on identifying opportunities, building pipelines, and securing new logos for workforce and talent solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & New Logo Acquisition
- Identify and engage prospective clients across target industries
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline through cold calling, outreach, and networking
- Develop entry strategies for companies expanding or entering the Singapore market
- Initiate conversations with key decision-makers (HR, TA, business leaders)
- Convert leads into active hiring engagements
Market Mapping & Opportunity Identification
- Track companies scaling, relocating, or setting up operations locally
- Leverage personal networks and market intelligence to uncover hiring demand
- Maintain awareness of hiring trends, talent shortages, and workforce shifts
Client Engagement
- Understand client hiring needs and workforce challenges
- Position relevant workforce solutions (permanent hiring, contract staffing, talent pipelines)
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients
Collaboration with Delivery Teams
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs for recruitment teams
- Support the onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover
- Stay involved to track fulfilment and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment (agency environment preferred)
- Demonstrated ability in cold calling, lead generation, and pipeline building
- Track record of winning new business or opening new accounts
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with Singapore hiring landscape or workforce solutions is advantageous
