The company provides a competitive remuneration package for the recruited candidate. The fixed basic monthly salary is SGD 1,600, which is guaranteed regardless of monthly project performance. Apart from the base pay, eligible staff can earn extra income via performance-based commission calculated according to project completion progress, construction volume and settlement results of finished projects. Following the mainstream local employment practice in Singapore, employees on full-year employment are entitled to the 13th-month bonus as year-end reward. In compliance with regulations stipulated by Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM), the employer covers all statutory mandatory benefits including compulsory CPF contribution, statutory annual leave, sick leave entitlement and industrial accident insurance, fully safeguarding the employee’s legal labour rights.
Applicants must possess solid professional knowledge and be proficient in core Singapore construction and interior design regulatory frameworks issued by BCA, HDB and SCDF respectively. Candidates need to master construction codes from Building and Construction Authority (BCA), renovation specifications for HDB public residential estates as well as fire safety compliance rules laid down by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF). Relevant hands-on project management experience in Singapore’s construction or interior renovation sector is compulsory, requiring the ability to coordinate on-site construction progress, manage construction teams and ensure all site works fully comply with local statutory standards. Prior working experience with rope access & high-rise maintenance projects will be prioritized during recruitment screening.
