Safety Coordinator (Interior Fitout / A&A / New Build)
Job Scope:
Assist the WSH Manager in ensuring compliance with Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies on-site
Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe work practices or conditions
Ensure all workers and subcontractors comply with safety rules and safe work procedures
Assist in implementing Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) measures for construction and A&A projects
Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings for site personnel
Support incident investigations and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Monitor workers’ use of PPE and housekeeping standards on-site
Prepare and maintain safety records, inspection reports, permits, and documentation
Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on safety matters
Ensure compliance with MOM, WSH, and project safety requirements
Support internal and external safety audits when required
Carry out any other safety-related duties assigned by management
Requirements
Possess WSH Coordinator certification or relevant safety qualification
Experience in construction / A&A / renovation projects preferred
Familiar with Singapore WSH regulations and site safety practices
