Our Client is a Industrial real estate developer. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Business Development team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Manage calendars, meeting schedules, travel arrangements, claims, and coordination of internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain proper filing, documentation, and correspondence records, including hardcopy and softcopy document control.
  • Support market research and compilation of industry updates, including property market trends and business-related news.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal departments on meetings, submissions, approvals, and project documentation.
  • Maintain and update client databases, contracts, agreements, and project reference records.
  • Assist in organising networking events, client visits, and corporate functions.
  • Support onboarding arrangements and provide additional administrative assistance as required by the department.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma in Business Administration, or related qualification.
  • At least 3–4 years of relevant administrative or coordination experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and coordination skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience within real estate, property, or corporate environments will be advantageous.

• Location: Changi

• Working days: 5 Days

• Salary : up to S$4,000 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
