Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Identify and develop business opportunities, driving plans from concept through execution and tracking outcomes to achieve growth targets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align business strategy and operational planning for successful restaurant management
- Serve as the primary operational liaison between company teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and issue resolution
- Establish and maintain relationships with hospitality and operations vendors to deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences including technical support, catering, transportation, interpretation, and reservations
- Research, select, and purchase merchandise from suppliers to meet quality and quantity standards aligned with business needs
- Plan and manage catering strategies and activities to meet KPIs, including preparing proposals, quotations, and overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Implement offers, promotions, and pricing adjustments to optimize outlet revenue
- Prepare and verify catering orders for accuracy and timely distribution according to client agreements
- Negotiate favorable terms with vendors to maximize cost efficiency and service quality
- Collect and respond promptly to customer feedback and conduct surveys to assess and enhance customer satisfaction
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays, with prolonged periods of standing
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning.
- Preferably with knowledge and experience of online platforms and live streaming technologies
- Understanding of the F&B industry dynamics, including trends, customer preferences, and competition.
- Willing to learn, flexible, adaptable and multitask
- Must be highly responsible, with the ability to work under pressure and independently
- Problem Solving Mindset and will always go the extra mile for the events you work on
- Familiarity with technology solutions such as POS systems, online reservation platforms, and inventory management software
- Ability to work under pressure and fit into work culture
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under stressful circumstances
- Must have knowledge of inventory control systems and food safety regulations
- Knowledge of current industry trends and regulations.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks responsibly and Multi Tasking is required
