Job Description

GUNKEE is a growing Chinese claypot restaurant in Singapore. We are looking for responsible and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers professionally
• Take customer orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Clear and reset tables efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Handle cashiering duties when required
• Assist customers with enquiries and requests
• Follow company SOP and food safety requirements
• Support daily restaurant operations

Requirements

• No experience required, training provided
• Experience in F&B industry is an advantage
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Responsible and punctual
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Basic English or Chinese communication skills
