  1. Handle clients inquiries and provide information;
  2. Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents;
  3. Process clients orders and follow up;
  4. Coordinate with logistics teams;
  5. Maintain clients records and update sales databases;
  6. Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting;
  7. Follow up on payments and assist in account reconciliation;
  8. Maintain good relationships with clients and respond to requests promptly;
  9. Assist in preparing sales reports and monthly summaries;
  10. Perform other duties assigned by management.
