- Handle clients inquiries and provide information;
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents;
- Process clients orders and follow up;
- Coordinate with logistics teams;
- Maintain clients records and update sales databases;
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting;
- Follow up on payments and assist in account reconciliation;
- Maintain good relationships with clients and respond to requests promptly;
- Assist in preparing sales reports and monthly summaries;
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
