Project Director (Landed/Construction)

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
• Manage project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions when required.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular site reviews, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contracts, variation orders, claims, and commercial matters to ensure project profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project teams to achieve project objectives and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in project management and construction operations.
• Represent the company in project meetings, negotiations, and stakeholder engagements.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience.
