QC Inspector

Job Description
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products
- Operate measuring instrument (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Thread Gauge, Pin Gauge) to verify dimensions meet specified tolerances
- Prepare and maintain QC reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- GCE N/O, NTC level or Form 5
- Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications and symbols
- Experience in operating and programming CMM equipment for dimensional measurements and inspection analysis is an advantage
- Able to communicate simple English, work independently and in a team
- 5.5 days’ work week:
Mondays - Fridays: 8am to 5:50pm;
Saturdays: 8am to 12 noon - Willingness to work overtime
- Availability for 2 months rotating day/night shift with shift allowance
