Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice is a globally recognized Singapore’s iconic heritage brand, is opening its first premium shopping and lifestyle destination, with excellent connectivity via MRT and public bus services. We are hiring multiple team members to support the opening of our new flagship outlet. Successful candidates will be front-of-house service supporting customer-facing operations.
Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet customers, escorting them to their tables and advise on table QR code ordering
- Assist customers with enquiries and recommenddishes based on preferences and menu offerings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, sendorders to kitchen and serve them efficiently
- Provide a courteous, professional, and attentive dining experience to all customers
- Monitor food and beverage quality before serving to ensure it meets standards
- Serve food and drinks from kitchen / bar counter to customers
Dining Area Management:
- Ensure the designated service area runs smoothly throughout the shift
- Confirm that each table has proper settings and required condiments before customer seating
- Reset and clean tables after use, including clearing soiled dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Replenish cutlery, napkins, and other tableware as needed during service, maintenance of restaurant cleanliness and workstations
Standards & Procedures:
- Adhere to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service, hygiene, and safety
- Proactively suggest process or service improvements to supervisors
- Maintain professional grooming, cleanliness, and a high level of personal hygiene
- Uphold consistent, best-in-class service and hygiene standards at all times
- Collect payment from customers and perform other cashiering duties
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform any other related tasks, duties, or assignments as directed by the supervisors or managers
Requirements
- Min 2 years of previous experience in F&B roles
- Speak clearly to communicate with customers and team members
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Present yourself in a well-groomed, positive working attitude and professional manner
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Working Hours:
- 6 days work week
- 10 to 11 hours/day shift- based schedule
