Assistant Manager, HRBP

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management and business units to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

• Provide strategic support to clinical departments and employees in attracting, retaining, and developing talent.

• Administer and execute HR functions including recruitment, benefits, compensation, and staff wellness.

• Act as a neutral channel for employee feedback by facilitating regular engagement sessions to cultivate a supportive workplace culture.

• Participate in organizational projects and events as assigned.

• Support and engage in innovation initiatives, including staff suggestions and process improvement projects.

• Undertake additional projects as directed by the Head of Unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; IHRP certification is an advantage.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Human Resource function is preferred.

• Strong collaborative work ethic, with a proactive and organized approach.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Results-oriented with strong personal integrity and values.

• Proficient in computer software and analytical skills, including MS Office and relevant analytical tools.
